The very talented San Francisco based photographer Michelle Walker just shared these beautiful photos of Tami & Eric’s engagement shoot.  They are getting married this spring in Sonoma.  It looks like they had an adventurous day around San Francisco.  Enjoy!

I am loving the creativity and incredible backdrops that photographers and couples choose for their engagement photos.  Here are a few pictures from photographer Cliff Brunk taken of Karleen & Todd.  Stay tuned for photos of their incredible wedding day…

It is always so much fun to relive a wedding day through pictures.  Danielle and Jay immediately bring a smile to my face.  Their excitement and love for each other made this day so memorable.  Jay even joined his former band on stage later in the evening to play for everyone!

Keating Wines kept the Groom and his men happy before the wedding.

Andy Cao’s latest installation is the perfect place to share a kiss…  To read more about his work go here.

Thank you to everyone that helped make this such a memorable day and to Elley Ho for the beautiful photos.

It has been quite a whirlwind these past few months.  Since my last post in February (I can’t believe it’s been that long!!) I have gotten engaged, married just a couple weeks ago, and I have had the privilege of  being a part of so many beautiful weddings this season.  I will be sharing those images as they arrive from all of the very talented photographers I have had the pleasure of working with.  Stay tuned for those…

Some exciting news!

Today a wedding I coordinated at Cornerstone Gardens that the lovely Carlie Statsky photographed is featured on two blogs today ~ Wedding Chicks and  Maharani Weddings.  Following are the links to photos of Anne & Ganesh’s wedding celebration for your enjoyment.

Joann & Eric

With weather here in the Bay Area in the 60′s and 70′s in early February -it proves that you just don’t know what the day will bring.

I remember this day last October when Joann and Eric got married at Cornerstone Gardens.  The forecast was not promising and it seemed no amount of hope or prayer would persuade the rain clouds to depart.  Luckily at Cornerstone there are options so that you can enjoy your day no matter what Mother Nature has in store.  All that day I was reminded of the saying ~ with the rain comes rainbows.

Cornerstone is home to many unique shops – one of my favorites, Artefact Design & Salvage was the site of some pre-wedding photos.

It was raining all morning and just as the ceremony began… the rain stopped.

A break in the weather allowed the opportunity to take photos in the gardens.

Dinner and dancing took place in the barn with the warm colors of Autumn creating a cozy place for guests to enjoy a chilly day in wine country.

Thank you to the vendors that helped make it all happen.

Annie & Steve chose Cornerstone Gardens for their destination wedding.  Family and friends came from around the country to celebrate this special couple.

Thank you to Kate Webber for the beautiful photos.  Enjoy!

FleurEssence created the stunning bouquets.

The sculptures around the garden provide great opportunity for a little sass.

Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner under the tent provided by Sage Catering.

If you don’t already know about April Higashi and the Shibumi Gallery in Berkeley you are in for a treat.   Check out the website or better yet, stop in to the gallery and be inspired by the unique pieces of jewelry, clothing and sculpture.  You might just find the ring you have been dreaming of!

Some information about her wedding and commitment rings.

“April selects a combination of natural, raw and unusual rose cut diamonds for her commitment and wedding jewelry. These include gem quality diamonds that are cast offs from the diamond cutting process. She hand selects all of her diamonds from conflict-free sources, seeking out stones that have specific, distinguished qualities while still offering the tradition and durability for everyday wear that only a diamond possesses. We are available for both custom work and resetting heirloom stones into new design.”

It was a perfect fall day in Wine Country for Stacey & Jeff’s wedding celebration.  The Sebastiani trolley transported the wedding party to the gardens and from there it was a day (and night) of celebration!  The bridal party choreographed a dance down the aisle (one bridesmaid is a cast member in Beach Blanket Babylon!) and guests were treated to quite a show.

Following the ceremony, guests sipped cocktails while listening to a local Mariachi Band.  A delicious dinner followed in the tent provided by Sage Catering. DJ “Jfreeze” aka: the groom, performed a special song for his bride and everyone danced the evening away…Thank you Stacey & Jeff for allowing me to be a part of your day and thank you to Tiffany Green for sharing some of the photos.

Cindy & Ethan

Cornerstone Gardens in Sonoma was the setting for the Spring wedding of Cindy & Ethan.

The wedding “newspaper” each guest received was a unique touch to their journalism backgrounds.  A few headlines for your enjoyment – “Search for the perfect wedding shoes to continue after wedding, bride declares”  &  “Groom still undecided on reception table linen color”

Thank you Cindy & Ethan!
